No dairy was used in the shooting of this photo. But it took 73 takes.
There was much arguing.
All About Me
I had my first anaphylactic reaction at 6 months of age. A chocolate truffle Dad had left out. We were on vacation.

I want to share the knowledge I've been taught over 17 years of living with a severe food allergy. For those who wish to live their lives to the fullest capacity without endangering themselves by food, I give them my podcast, Dairy Free Dude. With it comes helpful tips and methods of survival in this dairy-filled world.

For this enterprise's style, I've taken inspiration from some of my favorite young adult books from middle school (we call it "goofball genre"), including the Origami Yoda series by Tom Angleberger, the Tom Gates series by Elizabeth Pichon, and the Timmy Faliure series by Stephan Pastis. Other sources of inspiration include Alton Brown of Good Eats, a great cooking show on Food Network (which is also just a fun-to-watch show in general).

Live on!

My Philosophy
Seeing that the innate hazardous properties in the substance we call Dairy throws us who are threatened a dangerous curve, I believe that Dairy should be avoided as much as possible to sustain the common welfare of the Dairy-Allergic.
