As a companion to the podcast episode of the same name - released 12/4/20 - on Dairy Free Dude, I give you a video tutorial (scroll down) on the procedure for making the DFD DF/WF Pumpkin Pie.
This crust will work for any DF pie you want to make. You will have to lay down the 2nd pie crust for the top with it attached to a sheet of plastic wrap that you can then peel away. Then crimp as desired, and maybe carve or stamp some designs in it for decoration!
